There needs to be a 6th Star for rating this Consular. what an absolute delight it was to have to apply for my passport renewal today. From the moment I arrived Security personel were so attentive. I'm 98 & everything is a chore & difficult for me but the Consular staff were so kind they made it easy. Their gracious patience & assistance was quite humbling. Like I said they deserve a 6 star rating ******
